The Process

Energetics of Wellness offers the individual many approaches to bringing the body back to a state of harmony.  When the body is out of balance, which is often referred to as a state of dis-ease, finding the appropriate intervention is often very challenging.  One approach is to apply the principles of resonance and entrainment.  This approach allows the body to raise its own vibrational frequency to a higher level of vibration necessary to allow the body to use its own biological intelligence to heal itself.

Most of us live very active and stressful lives.  When we are not able to maintain a balance of mind, body and spirit, often times an imbalance will arise within our physical body or our etheric body.

We often become aware of an imbalance within our physical body when we start to notice an area that might start to become painful. This is the body signaling us to pay attention.  So, stop and listen to your body. 

Another part of our being as humans is known as the Human Energy Field (HEF).  This is a very amazing and complex matrix of different structures that are fine tuned to maintain the human body that we see every day when we look in a mirror.  It is within the multiple layers of energy, which encompasses the dynamics of the HEF, where transformation takes place for healing to occur.  The HEF is our Aura, and is the part of the Universal Energy Field (UEF) associated with the human body.  Most scientists refer to the phenomenon of the UEF as bio-plasma.  The Aura which is found around all Life Force energy creations is intimately involved with the UEF.     

I have often been asked what is the Aura?   Barbara Brennan, bestselling author of “Hands of Light” and “Light Emerging”,  best defines the aura as an electromagnetic energy field that surrounds and penetrates every living thing.  Its presence can be sensed through your high sense awareness, and also with your hands.  It is held in place by the earth’s magnetic core.  

Another part of our Etheric body is our chakra system.  The three main functions of the chakras is

• To vitalize each auric body and , thus, the physical body
•  To bring about the development of different aspects of self-consciousness.  Each chakra is related to a specific psychological function.
• To transmit energy between the auric levels.  Each chakra relates directly with the corresponding auric level.  Example: the first chakra will correspond with the first level of the auric field, the second chakra will correspond with the second level of the auric field and so on….

As humans we are surrounded by what is referred to as “life-force energy”.  The reality of life-force energy has been well documented by literally thousands of studies.  We are allsurrounded and in contact in the movement of life-force energy that interpenetrates and flows around our bodies.  In fact, plants, animals and even crystals have their own life-force energy.         

It has become increasingly clear that it is possible to therapeutically impact upon physical and emotional illness by affecting the higher frequency structures which are in dynamic equilibrium with the physical body.  Our subtle-energy bodies play a major role in maintaining our health.  Energy disturbances in the etheric body precede the manifestation of abnormal patterns of cellular organization and growth.  Disease becomes manifested in the physical body only after disturbances of energy flow have already become crystallized in the subtle structural patterns of the higher frequency bodies.
